How does auto insurance work when you “loan” your car to another?


I thought about “pay” for my car (mine), the father of my 87 years. I would like to rent a car for me. Then at the end of the lease period (say 3 years) is no longer driving the car for me. What happens to your mortgage if you sell your home for less than you owe?


We want to get into a bigger house. We live in a small condominium that we paid a lot for. We will never get so much for her that we need for our loan, but rose to it.
