Statute of Limitations Question
Ok, two part question: First, what is the statute of limitations on credit card debt in Arkansas? I have seen 3 years and 5 years, so one has to be right, but which one? Second, I am thinking of moving to Arkansas for a job offer from Florida. I have debt that is over 2 years old, but not 4 years (which is Florida statute of limitations). If Arkansas is truly 3 years, then will this mean that lawfully they cannot sue for the debt anymore after another couple of months? By the way, this is not the reason I am looking to relocate, just in case someone thinks that. I am just curious out of curiousity sake. Thank you

How do I become legally empancipated from my parents?
I am 16 years old, turning 17 in two months. I live by myself in a room in a house I have rented and am currently on Ontario Works until I finish high school and start a job. I would like to know how to legally empancipate myself from my parents so I may be considered an adult and able to sign documents pretaining to my welfare.

Getting a Japanese Work Visa with Expunged Charges
I want to get a Japanese work visa. I had a misdemeanor drug possession charge that was dropped and expunged 8 years ago (I was 18 at the time). I also had an assault charge from when I was 17 years old that was also expunged

I am 17 years old and got a MIP last October. I went to court and did all the requirments. The judge told me that if i stayed out of trouble for three months he would defer it, which i did

Register for the US Selective Service (Recently became Permanent Resident)
Recently me and my family (my parents and sisters) became permanent residents of US through a relative. Currently I'm living in Malaysia; I'm a university student and I still have 2 more years until my graduation and on March 2013 I will move to US (most probably California) to live there permanently.
