My neighbor has a 6' brick retaining wall (attached to his house) that is also about 6' onto my propety, verified by multiple surveys. Both houses were built about 3 years ago and forclosed. Can I make the neighbor tear down the portion of the wall that is on my property

Payment not made by ex per decree

Per divorce decree, ex owes funds as of a month ago that were based on splitting home equity of 10 years ago (at the time of the divorce). Ex states that she does not have the money and will pay me 'when housing market improves.' How do I pursue w/o it costing me legal fees

Abandoned by a GI husband in Korea

i am on social security

i am on social security have been for years 4 years ago i was threatened by a credit card company that they would put a lien on my vehicles i was affraid id loose my vehicles so i agreed to pay $100.00 a month i recently learned that they was not allowed to do this cause of my being on social security.what must i do?please help

No Will in Texas

My Father passed some years ago and all of us Siblings signed our part of the house over to Mother,Mother passed three weeks ago and what I want to know is my half brother was my fathers son from previous marriage. Now that my mother (his stepmother) has passed without a Will- does brother have any entitlement to his part on their home?

wells fargo nsf charges

Does anyone know if wells fargo charged me outrageous nsf by posting cks charges first and then deposits purposely overdrawing my account and this was 4 years ago, if it is feasable to get my money back. It's about 3,000
