My employer wants to get rid of me
I'm not sure about any legal recourse I might have because I've received conflicting information about this, but my employer has apparently been trying to get me to quit. I'm an armed security officer here in New York and I've worked for my present employer since 2001. I hurt my back while at work July 14th 2009, and this subsequently led to a blood clot and hospital stay.

How can i get my family back
Dear Sir/Ma'am; on august 16, 2010, I had an argument with my wife and I did not ever hit her, but we just were yelling and she got upset very much Because she said that I hurt her feelings and went to sleep after she cried most of the night and me too, because I love her and I know she loves me too, but you know sometimes the person cannot control himself and say whatever it comes to his mind. next morning ,I really surprised with two police men and the DCS Case Worker and her Interpreter (that because we speak Arabic language) , they tried to enter my house after they told me that they got a phone call says that I(the father) abused my kids, I laughed at what they said and let them enter the house so they can check on my kids, and they found a little scratch on my one year old son ,and after they asked me how did he get that , I told them it’s happened because he is crawling in the house most of the day and play with his (two sisters ) and that is how did he get that small scratch.

I work for a local (city level) government institution. My job is Civil Service classified. Recently our department lost it's head due to firing, and the Director decided to hire me and two others in acting positions.
