Can I get a refinanced mortgage if i start a home business with no employees and still work my regular job?
I want to refinance my mortgage and I want to start a home business before doing so. Has no employees and I always keep my current job. My home business will not require the balance due or credit lines to increase my debt. Guides companies would see the concern that I quit my regular job and trust me it manages the mortgage payments? In other words, I would have no problem to refinance in these conditions. My credit score is approximately 650 and are at my current job for 1 1 / 2 years, but had a job for an extended period. Suing home improvement contractor in small claims court (pro se). How to prepare?
I am suing a home improvement contractor in small claims court, pro se. He took a 50% deposit and did a very, very small portion of the job.
