Survelance illegal or legal?
If a company doesn’t have a sign on their window saying " you are being recorded through audio and video on surveillance " is the company still allowed to record you whether it be video or audio without your consent or knowledge? If they can, can they ever use it against you? And if you work for the company does this make any difference whether they have a sign or not on the window?

Brother won’t produce will
My mother passed away Thursday of last week of a sudden heart attack. She had been having health issues but this was so sudden. She died at her sisters house.

Attempted Burglary (window was 7 year old girl)
Recently (last Wednesday morning), I was detained for my supposed involvement in attempting to enter a window, or for opening a window to the back of someones house.

violation of state paper, eligiblity for parole.
I served a year in county and got released on a plea bargain of six years state paper, I've violated two or three times and I'm being locked up again for violation of state probation, if I'm not reinstated, am I still eligible for parole or community corrections when I hit the big house at range one 30%. With goodtime (about 20days/mo) and no job? (it will take me about a year or year in a half to make it to the big house and through classification, so If parole comes up it'll be a couple months after I get out of classification).
