Do we have a case?
My wife failed her last semester of her RN class. She passed all tests but one and also passed her HESI exam (which is what the college uses to measure the students ability to pass state boards). Obviously, she appealed her grade

A Couple Credit Report Questions
How much weight will negative information from a co-signed loan carry on my credit report and score? Will both me and my wife’s credit scores be checked when applying for a home loan? Thanks again.

In Desperate Need of a Strategy
I am new to the forum here and I am sure this topic is discussed ad nauseum but I did not see anything specific to my situation. So, I apologize if this seems tedious to long time posters. Here is my situation.

cash, credit strategy
Well just sitting here, with my scotch glass and my shih tzu, missign my wife, so decided id try to make an interesting discussion topic. I just recently rebounded from my credit nightmare and have some good CC's now and was trying to use them sparingly because i was stuck on the "cash is king" credo, until i found an article on forbes website. The article was about why using credit is better, it went on and on about purchase protection, lost wallet etc, but the thing that caught my eye was the end of the article which said something to the effect of " if you have the cash to pay for a purchase, why not just use your cc and let your cash earn interest".

Presenting evidence at default hearing
My wife has failed to respond to the initial divorce petition and notice of default. A default hearing was scheduled for early next week but has been put aside and resheduled because she filed a motion to vacate the default judgement.
