Question about Burger King’s legal team

If my wife sues a Burger King franchise, individually owned and operated, for harassment, will the owner be responsible for his own lawyer or will Burger King provide their own? The incident is concerning the store's management while she was employed, not Burger King corp. Considering that when she called corporate to file a complaint they told her it wasn't their problem because it is a franchise, we assume that the owner will have his own lawyer.

sold my burial plot

Before my mom passed away she bought 9 burial plots.1 for her mother 1 for my little brother both passed.1 for her and 2 for my sister and her husband 2 for me and my husband and 2 for my other brother and his wife.well my nefews baby died at birth so 1 of the 6 was given to the baby that leaves 5.well my mom passes.few years go by i go cemetary and find that 2 more have been sold to my uncle and 2 were sold to these people who live across from my sister.she was the one that sold them.i was told bythe lady that pulled up records were my mom bought them that they were not to be sold.is ther anything that can be done about this .i have no place now to when it comes my time.
