:confused: i am renting a pice of land that our moble home is seting on and it is eliction time here in our county ,one of the guys that is running for shriff put a sign in my yard well to make a long story short the landlord and his uncle dont like the guy and heck i dident know well now thay want me my wife and 2 kids to move because of it whitch is childish and stupid i am never late with land rent and pay 3 weeks at a time even thoe i got laied off i still make the bills and dont bother anyone and thay know we dont have the money for a move , i feel like my rights have been violated can someone plz Help me on what to do in this matter .:confused:

I think we can work it out
I live in a no-fault state, and understand that it is easy for one person to divorce without the spouses agreement. I think that my wife isn't thinking clearly, and has a history of leaving me or threatening to leave me then coming back. I still love her and wouldn't hold this against her but now she has got an EPO on me so I can't talk to her

Falsely accused of domestic abuse
I recently had a problem. This is how the event unfolded, I was checking my son's work, and he was doing it wrong, so I took the ruler he was using and tried to explain how to do it. I asked him what he had been trying to do, he looked towards the TV that my wife had on and was watching, so I tapped him on the cheek to get his attention back, I did not hit him or apply more force than was needed to get his attention.

seeking divorce,have new home, have family business
I have been married for 2 and 1/2 years. We have had nothing but terminal since we got married. Before we got married we were living together and decided to move,my wife bought a house in her name, my name was not used because my credit score was to low and it would raise the interest rate, so instead my income was used on the application as additional income.

Wrong dates on Response to Divorce Petition
I filled out the p/work for a divorce on grounds of abandonment on January 28 and it was filed in the Circuit Clerkâs Office on the 29th of January. Since I did not know where my wife was/had no address for her it came out in the February 23, 2010 edition of our local newspaper.

Want to marry, but can’t live together

Next door neighbor problem
My husband and I are working people in our 60's and have been living in the same apartment in a nice neighborhood in north San Antonio for more than 5 years without incident. We are both non-smokers. A family moved in next door to us several months ago, a middle-aged couple with an adult daughter and teenaged son.

Good to be here. A few months ago: roughly 1000$ was taken out of the account via ATM Shorty there after: 3000 was taken out of the account, not by the account holder or any one authorized.
