Criminal stole my truck and left in tow yard
My truck was stolen while i was out of town. 3 weeks later it was recovered in tow yard. Insurance guy says i have to take it back cause nothing is wrong with it, just missing bumper.

Need som advice for dealing with a CA
Good morning, I recently received a call from a CA, saying that I owed around $525.00 to a company. It was a debt that I owed, but I seriosly questioned the amount. I called the OC to discuss, and they lowered the amount I owed to $200.00. They asked if I would like to pay them, and I did. I have a receipt of this payment. Two weeks later, the CA calls me again. I explain to them that I have paid the OC and have a receipt of this payment. The CA wants me to fax this receipt to them

Contract or no contract?
I talked to a contractor about putting replacement gutters on my house. We discussed types and I asked him to give me an estimate regarding seamless gutters attached by brackets. I hadn't heard back from him but came home from work (3 weeks later) and discovered that new gutters had been put on the house with nails.

DUI…Wheres my ticket?
I was arrested back in August 2009 (28th) for possession of marijuana and DUI. They took my blood and everything and they told me that it would take up to 6 months at the most to do the toxicology report. Well 2 days later they dropped the possession ticket and then 2 weeks later I got a toxicology report telling me that I had no ethanol detected even though on the report it clearly stated to look for THC
