Has ADA Laws or Maritime Laws been broken here?
I am a 54 year old male living in Santa Barbara California. I am disabled with Epilepsy, Heart Conditions (I have a pacemaker) and various others.

Long standing government problem
Hello, I'm new to the site and if I've posted my question in the wrong forum, please help me to redirect it. My problem is somewhat complex, and it may be difficult for me to describe. Over a decade ago I got involved with some individuals and as a result have become entangled in a very malicious ordeal with our federal government.
