Fraud, This Can Happen To You
In December I was issued a new credit card from my bank, upgrading me from a Secured to a Regular Card. January 30 I paid on line a utility bill for city water and January 31 it posted to my account. This same day someone called Best Buy store #6551 in Coeur D Alene and purchased by telephone a 60" Sharp TV for $1,377.99 using my credit card information

Landlord says I must pay for heating to keep water pipes from freezing
Hi, My landlord is trying to tell me that I need to pay the heat (electric baseboards) for the basement that has the water pipes for mine as well as the other apartments from freezing. He is saying this because we are privately using part of the basement for our laundry and storage

frozen/burst pipe water damage
this weekend a water line froze in the ceiling above my bedroom. It was due to a penetration on the exterior wall for a water spigot that wasn't properly insulated (landlord's fault)

Damage to my house by a Public government project.
I have a house that had water damage several months ago due to a water utility company's work for a highway project. I contacted the state highway department and they organized a meeting with the water company and the result was that we agreed via handshake that they would intall a french drain around three sides of the house and their insurance would pay for the inside damage to carpet, etc
