Can I sue for someone falsly acussing me of copyright infringement?
I have been falsely accused of copyright infringement on the website youtube The video in question was for a contest of which I was winning at the time of accusation. I filled out the counter paperwork saying that it was my material and now the contest is over and of course I have lost due to the fact that the video is still offline. The contest was for a computer that I put together with much consideration online worth $1500.00.

Robo Calls from CAs – not my debts
This may be painfully long but I'm wondering whether I have an cause of action already (are robo-calls for collections per se illegal and are there statutory damages), and what happens if these clowns try to post something to my CR based just on name and address.

Dose a spouse have the right to speak to your employeer about your misstreatment?
I work at a local fast food chain. Friday my boss, we'll call him Joe made two mistakes back to back on my register and then proceeded to scream at me for it and say I should have stopped him before he finished the sale

Bullying/wrongly acused
I was under orientation to a new job, I easily passed my orientation with my first perceptor. On to the next one, I struggled a bit, my preceptor (Indian) I felt was bullying me, she would say to me" You seem to know everything" sarcatically, even other employees notice this and would say " Dont scare myname" if there was some task that went wrong she would " Ah it was you" to me , even though I wasnt handling that job and again other employee would say " Dont do that" to her. I was grudgingly passed on to the next preceptor (Indian) only two of them at work.

What can they say on my voice mail/answering machine?
I've searched but found so many different answers that I'm not sure which is correct. Midland Credit has been leaving messages for about a week on my voice mail. Like a dummy, I deleted them before I asked this question but oh well they'll call back

Can voice mail EVER be used as proper notice for rent increase?
Hello All, I will try to make this short and simple without leaving important details out. We were on a 1yr lease that ended March 31, 2010. The owner/landlord of our TownHome decided that he did not want to sign a new lease at the time because he was trying to modify his mortgage and was having troubles doing so, because the house was now being used as an "income property".
