Stepson received verbal notice his son is moving with his exwife to Texas
My stepson was verbally informed by his ex-wife she is moving to Texas with his 2 year old son at the end of the semester uh because she can only go there to finish school. Not asked told. Is it automatic that when one parent wants to change residency it needs to be approved by both parents?
