Hiring by favoritism
Hiring by favoritism i have a question. if somone high up in the company hires the daughter of somone one high up in another company as a favor does this violate EEOC?

Transfer case from county to circuit
My PD decided to tranfer a midemeanor case from county to circuit court with my felony. I am out on bond, when he did this, it seems I now have a CAPIAS on me for my arrest

Wedding video music
If I were to film a wedding, which of course includes filming the first dances (Bride and Groom, Bride with Father, etc) which means I'm capturing the music that's being played, would this violate copyright laws on the music?
