Need Some Legal advise with mechanic
I live in Texas, and I put my car into a mechanic shop back in Jan. The mechanic was to rebuild my engine and put on a couple supplied parts that I purchased. I paid 2000 in advance and was to owe him another 1000 when it was finished.

Texas Civil suit questions
I just recieved a "courtesy" letter from a P.C stating that he has filed a civil suit on behalf of a large credit card company seeking about $6k for an old 2002 credit card debt of about $2k.

Turned down for auto loan…..you gotta be joking Mr . Banker
After paying cash for all of the vehicles in my life I decided to "splurge " a bit and go for a decent newer vehicle.( Pick up) I applied over the phone with my personal bank for an auto loan and was turned down! This is a bank I have my checking, savings, CD's, and a CC-card accounts with by the way.

Harassed out of my home
I am not sure I am in the correct forum, so please let me know if this post should be in a different forum. I've had a home from 2005 to present that was rented 2005-2008, I moved into the house in October 2008 and before summer 2009 moved out because I could not handle the constant harassment of the neighbors (owners) of the house next door
