Landlord says I must pay for heating to keep water pipes from freezing
Hi, My landlord is trying to tell me that I need to pay the heat (electric baseboards) for the basement that has the water pipes for mine as well as the other apartments from freezing. He is saying this because we are privately using part of the basement for our laundry and storage

Lease Agreement Omits Use of Rear Porch
My wife and I have been renting the same upstairs dwelling for about five years. The first owners were aware of the problems, e.g., leaking roof but refused to replace the roof. The second owner was made aware of the leaking roof about two years ago, but only sent people up to tar the roof instead of replacing it.

After 11 years no pets?
Hello Everybody, I moved into an apartment as a smoker with 2 cats. This is an absentee landlord situaiton. The agent did a check on me, interviewed me, was told I had pets and smoked.

Forced to move because of Landlord negligence.

Roomate moved out without notice, verbal contract, damages and utilities still owed.
