AmEx sent me a new card
I had posted a question about this before, but I thought I'd mention this. I asked AmEx to backdate my new Blue Cash CC that I just applied for on the 27th of March, I was approved and they sent me the card next day air VIA UPS, and that card naturally said Member Since 11, now today I get in the mail another card that says Member Since 91, I never asked for them to send me a card that said that (I'm not complaining, believe me). My question is.....is this normal?

How to "convert" civil suit in criminal issue?
There is a person from California who has been convincing people all over the country to pay her, via wire, check, and credit card, $30,000 and more to "teach" people how to invest in commercial real estate and then supposedly to put them into commercial real estate deals. She has convinced well over a hundred people to give her money by falsifying her credentials as a commercial real estate "expert". In reality, she has little to no experience in commercial real estate but knows how to talk a good game.

Stormwater drain blocked
We are one of about 5 properties that share a private dirt road as the only access to each individuals property. The road runs along a lake shore line. Along one side of the road is a small drainage ditch with a culvert that goes under the road and sends rainwater back into the lake.

UPS possible identity theft
I was applying for the DoD SMART Scholarship and they required two copies of a SF-87, fingerprint cards. On March 12th, 2010 I went to my local UPS store to mail my copies of the SF-87 to the Scholarship office.

Sign writes up for missed days due to FMLA
My employer is asking me to sign write ups for intermittent FMLA that I am taking.It is a standard write up form.The form says employee called off scheduled shift due to FMLA,it doesn't state that I am in any trouble.They say the reason they are doing this is to keep track of how many days I take.Should I not be signing them? Can they take these days against me when it comes time for our annual review?The reason I ask is because I thought FMLA protected you from being reprimanded for days off you had to take off.
