Can I be forced to pay utilities if I’m moving to Switzerland?
Sorry this is going to be a long question. I didn't know how to ask it without putting in all the details... Thanks for reading! First, a little bit of background information: I have been living in an apartment in Colorado for almost two years with two roommates.

Industrial Condominium
Hello, I recently made a request to the condominium corporation that governs our complex to make a hole in the ceiling of my warehouse such that I could install a stack to vent heat from one of my manufacturing units.

Storage Unit dispute – Take to Small Claims Court?
I rent the end unit of a brand new but small storage unit complex. This is an unsecured (no surrounding fence) 16-unit facility just off a major street in my community. Prior to the situation evolving that I will explain I had been late on my rent once but was "current" on my rent when this situation began: I was contacted by the landlord (lady) and was told that I had to clean-up the ''east end'' of the units or I would be kicked-out

Dispute with landlord regarding responsability of Attorneys’ fees
I have lived at this apartment for about one year and prior to moving into the unit the landlord assured me that the building allowed pets. I do not have written lease with him but we had a verbal agreement allowing me to have the dog. I did signed a document with the association stating that unapproved pets would not be living in the unit; however, I made it clear to the association from day one that I had permission from the landlord to have my dog and they were ok as long as the dog was not a barker

Window repair in a condominium
I live in a condominium complex in Florida. Can you tell me who is responsible for normal wear and tear to a (1) window, (2) window frame and (3) exterior window sills? I have minor water leaking into my unit which involves all three of the above.

HOA Contractor Unlicensed, Causes Damage
Our HOA President and another officer hired a contractor for a small painting job they knew beforehand was unlicensed and uninsured, but chose him because of his relatively lower rates. Working in my unit, the contractor removed a window A/C and later reinstalled it, albeit incorrectly. In the middle of the night I found that the A/C had drained into my unit and flooded a good portion of the laminate flooring

Bought a boat and need legal advice
I recently bought a used boat from a Marina. Directly after paying in full, I started loading the boat in the Marina parking lot, to take it out on the water for the day when I noticed the lower unit of the outdrive (that had just been replaced the week before by the marina) was leaking oil. The owner of the Marina took full responsibility for the faulty unit and sent it to another Marina for repair
