I am considering starting this Nevada Trust, for investment. I will be Grantor, My Nevada company will be Trustee, I will be the only Beneficiary.

Revoke AB trust
My Grand parents unknowingly setup an AB revocable trust, which should never had been setup as an AB trust since their estate was never over 1M dollars. My grandfather passed 12 years ago, my grandmother did not take any of the required steps to split the trust, obtaining tax id and filing tax returns. She wants to discard this trust with the agreement of the beneficiaries and setup a new living trust

Not being allowed to see Grandma’s Trust for 1mil$ estate
My widowed Grandma with a 6th grade education and was the first of her family to come to the states from El Salvador as an indentured servant married and widowed when her 3 kids were young and supported her family as a seamstress died with an estate valued at about 1 mil from RE investment properties bought and sold with my father for the last 15 years before he passed away 8 years prior to my Gram in 1994.
