Can I Settle a debt with my old Credit Card even though it is in collections?
Ok Im working on fixing my credit this is my new years resolution if I have one. My old Tribute card is about 2 years old and has been sent to collections for a while now. Both Tribute and Midland Collections are reporting that I owe $998 on my credit report.
