DUI arrest in GA
i am 20 yrs old and i was arrested for dui in richmond county, ga in august 2010. i can not afford a lawyer so i was given a public defender, but he has not helped me at all. my court date is set for 1/24/2011.

How do I contest based on the fact I did not get a speedy trial for my trial de novo?
I requested a Trial de Novo for my red light camera ticket. They could not see the face of the driver in the picture they sent me because the person's arm (that of the driver) was covering the driver's face, but they still found me guilty in a trial by written declaration. So I am contesting it and the court date is this Friday, the 19th.

Appeal paperwork
After the trial for divorce I appealled the judges ruling about my 401K that was not my ex's. I won that appeal but the Judge told his lawyer to draw up the paperwork.

Missing Evidence
If the los angeles police department seized my personal property as evidence for a criminal case and gave the evidence to a private corporation to hold until my trial and the statue of limitations expired for the court to officially file charges and I cant get my personal property seized as evidence returned because it is "missing" can i sue the city as a state entity and name the private company as an additional defendant?

Driving with a suspended license – nolle prosequi’d
I was driving with a suspended out-of-state driver's license (from VA) in MD and got pulled over for an expired registration plate. Filing a chapter 7 again before 8 years
What happens if you file a chapter 7 again before your 8 years are up from the previous bankruptcy? I know it's not allowed, but how long does the court have to reject it and how long can you convert it to a chapter 13
