A tree fell on my car…..
I live in a rental property. A tree from there property broke from a wind storm and fell on my car. The management company says they are not responsible for moving the tree off my car nor any damages

Misuse of security deposit
On the property I am renting there is a dead Cottonwood tree right next to the house. There are big dead branches constantly falling from it. The landlord has told us for a tear they will cut it down.

Contract not sign by owner
I own a small business and one of a girl that work for me signed a contract with with a waste company, for three years which i didn't said anything since i need their service and their price is reasonable. But for the past three years the price have change.
