What is a smart amount to borrow for a mortgage based on my income?
My wife and I make $ 80,000 between us. We only have one car payment and it is $ 500/month. I have no other loans or credit card debt. My credit is an 805 Equifax and 762 Transunion.
I am also aware of the ratio calculators but I am not looking to borrow the maximum amount and overextend myself. Does anyone know of any other calculators that are more conservative

Concern about score change
Hello friends I have a concern about a collection account from AT&T dated back from 2007 that I paid today 4/27/11. First this account was reported to all 3 bureaus but I disputed it and it was removed from Equifax and transunion but not Experian.

Quizzle and Credit Karma
I signed up for Quizzle today. They offer a " CE Credit Score" From Wikipedia: Other credit consumer scores are published by third party agencies such as "Community Empower" and "Quizzle" as the CE Score. The scores reported by such agencies are NOT actual FICO scores, but approximations based on proprietary algorithms.

credit scoring
Hi all. I have a quick question I am hoping someone can throw some logic into. I monitor my credit and pulled all three reports with scores today.

Best way to get a dispute to my loan officer?
Greetings. I need a bit of help here, as I'm not sure how to proceed from where I am. I have a very small unsecured 24-month loan from my bank.

My credit card reports to only Equifax. How can I report to Experian and/or TransUnion?
I just graduated, moved from Alabama to Indiana and I wanted to check on my credit and perhaps get a few more credit accounts before trying to buy a house next year. I have no debt (other than some money on a credit card), I have bought my car with cash, generally, i buy everything in cash. I only have one credit card from my credit union which I found out last week only reports to Equifax (very big down in the South)

Transunion Hard Inquiry from Pulling AnnualCredit Report.com?
Wouldn't have believed it if I didn't see it for myself. My son pulled his 3 free annual reports from the reco'd site and received a hard pull on his TU from Transunion Interactive. I am going to have him call Monday.
