Hired under false pretenses
I was hired by an airline as a language specialty flight attendant. I was given a contingent job offer (CJO) based upon passing the language test. I signed a document stating that fact and another document stating I would maintain my language abilities for 2 years.

trusted instructor rips me off for $5000.00 in cash
:confused:I took a cosmetic tattooing course in july which costed $5000.00, i recieved a very thourough training but i came to find out from the department of regulatory agencies (d.o.r.a) that my training wasnt legit becuase my instructor isnt on the list of approved schools of the division of private occupational schools. If your teaching a class and your not approved my the division of private occupational schools, then you are teaching and operating illegally. My teacher assured me, and led me to believe i would be able to perform cosmetic tattooing in colorado, but obviously i cant leaglly, and im getting a citation from d.o.r.a

My Boss made me sign a contract…
My boss owns a franchise McDonald's and he made me sign a contract to start management training that stated, in abbreviation, that if I were to leave before the testing was finished, I would have to pay for the classes I attended and the materials used. At the time if I did not sign this contract he would have reduced my hours and docked my pay. I was in a situation where I needed this job and finding a new one was out of the question.

Gym membership contract
So, I had a gym membership with a martial arts academy. The monthly tuition was $150 a month. When I signed a one year contract, I was not told that it would automatically renew. I lost my job and had to relocate, so I sent the billing company notification that I would not be continuing my training via certified mail. There was a stipulation in the contract that if I move more than 25 miles from my original address when I signed the contract that I would be ok to cancel. Today, I got a letter in the mail stating that I am delinquent in my payments and they may take legal action and attack my credit. What can I do to prevent this from happening? I notified them in the way they asked and they still want to come after me.
