IS verbal advertising contract enforceable?
Is this verbal contract enforceable? Can a contract be enforceable when one party does not have a copy of the contract - even after repeated requests? Is online advertising considered "goods" as would pertain to the Statute of Frauds in North Carolina

Failure to Keep in Proper Lane– Lanes Unmarked
I recently was involved in a traffic accident in which no citation was issued. However, on the police report, my "Driver Contributing Code" was listed as "Failure to keep in proper lane". Technically, the street I was traveling on was separated by a dashed white line into two lanes, but pictures of the street show that the line is so faded that it is unable to be seen from a vehicle

How do I contest based on the fact I did not get a speedy trial for my trial de novo?
I requested a Trial de Novo for my red light camera ticket. They could not see the face of the driver in the picture they sent me because the person's arm (that of the driver) was covering the driver's face, but they still found me guilty in a trial by written declaration. So I am contesting it and the court date is this Friday, the 19th.
