My medical debt on daughter’s credit report
My 20 yr old daughter who is a college student was having trouble getting a credit card even though she had absolutely no debt or collections, so she pulled her credit report.

Could this qualify as "defamation"?
A dentist I had visited a while back had sent me a "balance forward" statement 3 years after the last data of service, immediately followed by a completely erroneous itemized bill and an unauthorized charge on one of my credit cards within their file for the amount stated on their bill. At the time of the treatment, all the out-of pocket expenses were verbally negotiated and paid up front. It took me months to clean this up and get the charge to be reversed on my credit card.

Fired without warning
I was with this major corporation for 18 years and never written up for any reason in those 17 years in fact I was one of the top employees. We had a male employee that was was written up no less than 10 times given warnings and he laughed at them.

Payment not made by ex per decree
Per divorce decree, ex owes funds as of a month ago that were based on splitting home equity of 10 years ago (at the time of the divorce). Ex states that she does not have the money and will pay me 'when housing market improves.' How do I pursue w/o it costing me legal fees

New to the forums…Need advice
I went to purchase a newer car last week and was shocked at my credit score...a 657!! I purchased my first home two years ago (by myself) with a credit score of 720+, in fact, my interest rate on my home is 4.0%!! Here is the low down. I dont know what all information you may need, so please let me know what I left out.

Audit
I am amending a return for the year 2007 adding my 3 years old niece on top of her mother which was originally my dependent for that year. I got a request for more paperwork to verify that the kid was living there. She didn't go to preschool, no doctor visit , no NOTHING.
