I was at the local speedway buying my favorite mt dew slushy and gave the guy a hundred, he gave me change, then when i was putting the money in my wallet he proceded to tell me that he gave me the hundred back cause he saw a few more in my wallet, just got paid "not wealthy at all lol" Anyways i told him i dont think so, we argued for a sec and i said ok ok count your draw down and we can get to the bottom of this, he said naw.

Security deposit dispute with new landlords

Property line
I have had my property surveyed in preparation of installing a fence and I have been taking some trees down. My neighbor insists i am infringing on her property and has posted a "PrivateProperty-No Trespassing sign" on the line between our properties. She has never taken the time to have her own surveyor come out, but insists the property in question that i am currently excavating belongs to her.
