illegal broker fee?
Hi! I moved into a new apartment in January, in Manhattan. I responded to an ad on craigslist that said there was no broker fee. However, when I was told by the broker that I got the apartment, they told me that in order for them to allow me to sign the lease, I would have to pay them a broker fee.

need advice and help and Im overwhelmed
my partner have beening dealing with this for almost three years.tommorrow I go to court.in 2007 my oldest son had a bully issue/death threat at school did nothing.the school called dcf on me numurous times on me,for everytime that I would call and say my child is getting hurt.I called school police on a friday and then on the next monday dcf came and took my kids. my partner and I are boring people,no history of abuse,drugs or anything.look it up and you will see very little if anything.my partner and I have been together for 13 years.
