Damages claims time limit
Late last year we received an eviction letter from our landlord that asked us to be out by Dec 31, 2010. We were moved out by Nov 17, 2010. Today(March 17, 2011) we received a letter and a list of damages the landlord is claiming.

My boyfriend is charged with recieving stolen property, besides that charge they are trying to charge him with 6 -PC 667.5(b) charges.

Im originally from Nj Been living in wis for 19 yrs now, I have old tickets in nj for DUI I had my Wis D.L here, now nj wants to suspend my license, is there a time limit for this.

Ripped off. By seller or Ebay?
I will try to explain what happened with as much detail and few words as possible. Won an Ebay auction on Jan 5 for a custom made gown. After about a month or so of slow communication with the seller, I began to have a gut feeling that maybe this wasn't the best idea and since the gown had not even been started yet/nothing decided on, perhaps she would be willing to cancel the transaction
