Red light camera ticket sent to wrong person
A friend of mine (male) received a red light camera ticket addressed to him for an alleged violation in the city of San Diego. On the ticket it clearly says that the registered owner is someone else (female) who happened to live at his address in the past (over 2 years ago). The pictures clearly show a male driver who is not my friend.

Infraction Ticket for 21453(D) CVC RED LIGHT

Speeding Ticket questions
So this morning i received a speeding ticket(in California) and I'm curious what the best line of action would be. The rundown: I was in the fast lane and had to speed up in order to get over to catch my exit. While i was in this process a CHP officer pulled me over and showed me his radar gun, showing the result of 82 on it(65mph zone)

Michigan – tinted tail lights and a slightly tinted cover over license plate ticket
On July 4th, I received a ticket on 696 in Royal Oak, MI from a state trooper because my tail lights are tinted (yet when I brake and when the lights are on, are still very visible) and he also gave me a ticket for having a slightly tinted license plate cover over my license. I'm trying to find out what exactly the Michigan law states about these subjects because I'm going to fight this ticket and want to be prepared.
