Personnel File Marked Not Rehirable
I was let go 5 years ago due to my contract expiring (what I was told) and I just found out my file states that I am not rehirable although I have been working almost three years for this company as a contractor. I would like to know if I have any recourse? I had a couple of very promising job opportunities that fell through prior to getting my current contract and I believe it had something to due with the "Not Rehirable" status in my file.

Legally change a child’slast name in NC
I have custody of my son the other parent has not seen him in three years hasn't called in months, I have custody I am wanting to change is last name I have no way of getting up with his mom not a phone number or an address I read this (with the consent of the a parent who has custody of the minor and has supported the minor, without the necessity of obtaining the consent of the other parent, when the clerk of court is satisfied that the other parent has abandoned the minor) with that I would not need her permission how do I go about changing my sons name that way?

Lis Pendens Threaten To Foreclose
We've just been served 'lis pendens, complaint, threaten to foreclose for past hoa fees, plus legal fees less than $2k. Have to respond with 20 days either to the clerk of court or lawyers suing. It's been financial hardship for three years, in and out of foreclosure with mortgages, finally bailed out of foreclosure, only to receive another summons
