Need help with licensing agreement please
We are about to sign a Licensing Agreement; it does not (yet) include royalties (to us) based on their retail sales from their website, and store and places like amazon.com (as opposed to their wholesale sales), nor, does it include royalties paid on Wholesale and Retail* Worldwide Sales. Is This Standard? I feel like I should get royalties on those two items/terms

Are multiple accts with zero balances a negative?
Or is it only accounts with a balance. I'm referring specifically to student loan accounts. I have about 9 sallie mae "accounts" with a balance, as each student loan I took out from them shows up as a separate account (on their website and on my credit report). One of the negatives on my report was having too many accounts with balances. If I get a bank to buy these loans (they have high interest rates and with my improved credit score, I could get a better rate), will that improve my score, due to effectively eliminating 8 accounts with balances? Thanks!

Any Chase Identity Protect users out there (anymore) ?
Was updating the CMS thread a moment ago and noticed that you can no longer purchase Chase ID Protect. It had said this on their website: We are unable to process your purchase at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Credit Inquiry from CU
Hi all, I am hoping to get some guidance on a recent issue I have with a CU pulling my credit report. I wanted to open a new account with a CU that is offered via my job. I attempted to do the online application back on 09/03/10 and after inputting my information and hitting the send button it gave me an error message stating that the system was unavailable, and to try again or give them a call. I let it go (I had just returned to work from maternity leave so was pretty busy). Any ways, I decided to try the application online again and see if it worked last Friday. Well after doing the same thing it gave me the same error message. What I did then was call t hem, and a rep told me oh we are having some issues I can fax you the application. Well, after I had come home I got a credit alert of new inquiries. At first I didn't think much of it since I had just opened three new credit cards. I logged in and reviewed it and there it was 2 inquiries from the CU!!!! I was so upset, especially because now my inquiries look extreme! I called the CU yesterday and of course no help and said that is not our doing its the website....

Different Information in Experian Report from TrueCredit and Experian
So I signed up for truecredit's 3 bureau system for a free trial today. It pulled all three of my credit reports, but I noticed something on my (7/26) Experian report that was not on a report I ordered directly from Experian about a month ago (6/25). I had disputed the account and it was deleted by Experian in early June.

Navy Fed Personal Line of Credit – Does anybody have this?
Navy Fed solicited me for a CC (cashRewards) so I took the bite and applied. Still waiting for them to finish their reveiw. I am also thinking about getting a PLOC with them for about $5,000. I know this can be used as overdraft for Share Checking, but their website mentioned that it can also be used as a short term revolving loan. How does that work? Do you have to go to their website to request a draw on your line or do they send you a checkbook or tickets to use to draw your line, or do you have to visit a branch in person? I was thinking of using the PLOC for transactions that I want to quickly get off my credit card balances and pay over a longer term with the line of credit.

Company fobbing me off and now ignoring me.
In January 2009 I paid a company £425 for two audits to be run on a credit card and a loan as they advertised that they could potentially have these cancelled due to an unfair credit agreement deeming them unenforceable. Their website and literature stated that this fee was refundable if the claim was not successful. It gave the time line of 3-6 months for an answer or potentially 12 months if events out of their control took over.
