What do I explain to the judge?
I got pulled over lastnight for speeding- I was going 40 on 25. Fortunately the cop spoke to me and said he will not give me the speeding ticket but instead substitute it for another ticket which will not add points to my license. On the ticket he wrote "failure to observe traffic device" and the statute # is 39:4-120.9 I live in NJ and after searching through the statutes, 39:4-120.9 is defined as a "public-private intersection violation" What should I explain to the judge on my court date

Red light camera ticket sent to wrong person
A friend of mine (male) received a red light camera ticket addressed to him for an alleged violation in the city of San Diego. On the ticket it clearly says that the registered owner is someone else (female) who happened to live at his address in the past (over 2 years ago). The pictures clearly show a male driver who is not my friend.

Should I fight a ticket for not running a stop sign?
I am a 47 year old woman; who has never had a ticket; except a parking ticket in 1985. Today; I was pulled over for supposedly not stopping at a stop sign. I don't agree with the ticket; but I don't know if I should pay for it and forget it; or go to court?

Help With Big Rig Ticket in NC
Greetings, An aquaintance received a Lane Violation ticket on I-26 in North Carolina driving a commercial truck. This is one of those where trucks are supposed to use the right lane and he passed traffic using the left lane.
