A 20 yr old board member/emplpoyee who has 2 roommates that are also board members of a non profit corporation was discharged. Asked for a (closed) special board meeting to overrule the managers decision.

I just pulled my TU credit report from Myfico and I saw that StuartAllen and assoc. who I payed a chargedback commission to in early january pulled my credit score on DEC 8, 2010

I'm not sure if I'm in the right section here or not, but I have a question on how long a patent lasts. I see many companies making aftermarket parts for older automobiles and I am wondering if the patent expires or does permission need to be granted/bought for each part made in the aftermarket?

My company was being sued for a default judgement, and in our Answer back, we filed a counterclaim. The plaintiffs default judgement was deined based on evidence and we were granted the right to proceed with our countercalim.

Homless now because of Mortgage company, what can I do?
Mortgage Company/Loan Broker told us that if we sold our house it would give us the right money to debt ratio and they would approve us. So we did, they approved us, closing day came around and they took the loan away.

we bought a foreclosed home from paramount holding company.paramount took out a loan with someone an put up 51 of their houses as collateral, come to find out our house was one of them. did they have the right to sell us our house knowing it was put up for collateral? sounds like a scam
