Hi there - I was denied because of " Excessive Credit Reporting Agency Inquiries " by a credit card company, the question is; Can I call for Recon and if I can How? Thanks in advance.. Thunder7896

What is Experians problem?
I have two accounts that went bad on me back in 2004, derogs. The last credit report I pulled in Oct 2010, stated that one will remain on report until "Jan 2011", the other "Feb 2011". I subscribe to "Experian Direct", not for the non-fico score, but for the report

NSF Check DOFD and CA
In October of 2003 I had a check that was returned NSF and was processed through certegy. The check remained unpaid and in July 2005 Certegy either sold or transferred the account to Hilco. A few months back I DV Hilco now EAF to see if they were legally entitled to report and they sent back a letter stating the items have been transferred to Aaragon Collection and they, Aaragon, are handling it.

Business line of credit, can not repay

One TL gets added, another one gets removed – gotta love TU
I pulled TC today - noticed that my previously removed Macy's TL was added back - but the bloomingdales TL just disappeared. Here's the question - I'm not so sure I want Bloomies to report anyway - it's not bad or anything, it's just a pitiful CL! I got too many new accounts in the last quarter of 09 anyway - something like six or seven
