trying to get the legal full costudy
My ex wife and I executed and had notarized an adjusted parenting plan agreement and we have been acting in compliance with it for approximately 7 years. We never filed it (I have been moving due to my job in the US military) but have not wavered from the terms. Currently I have joint custody and she will not agree to a passport for our child.
