Lawsuit
A friend of mine was told that she has been sued in a small claim court (a TV show got her name from the court and contacted her).

Collection of Money
I have been awarded a judgment from small claims court. I have made a request for a sheriff to collect the judgment from the defendant, but I have received the papers that I have originally sent, and it states, "Need address in New York City." I do not know the defendants address because they are constantly moving to avoid legal issues
