I recently got a speeding ticket in Oregon (I'm from Idaho) and on my ticket, the officer marked "Pace" AND "Laser" on my ticket.

Reckless (Improper) Driving in Virginia
My question involves a reckless driving ticket from the State of: VA (Loudoun County) Ticket was for at fault accident. Have clean VA and drivers record for past 8 years Never caused an accident before.No one from either party was injured in the accident. When the officer gave me the citation report he mentioned as Reckless (imporper) on the same and he mentioned about telling the Judge about the same on the day of hearing.

Car theft by spouse question
Short sweet back story is I have a cousin who's husband is a hugh religeious finatic, and she was wanting to go to a family function, but for whatever reason he didn't want her to go, and since he's the man of the house (blah, blah, blah) he forbid her to go.

Insurance is billing me for officer’s injury to hand
My stepson (14yrs of age)was apparently involved in an altercation at a local carnival. He ran from the officer that attempted to stop him and when he ran the officer tackled him to the ground. Apparently the officer injured his hand and received medical treatment including therapy

marijuane possession
i was stopped on hyway 401 by the opp on may 19th 2010 because the officer thought we were smoking a cigarette with a baby seat in the car while explaning to us why he stopped us he found a flake of marijuana in the side of the passengers seat (who was unaware of me having any pot)at wich point he told us we were under arrest for possession . he asked me if i had any more with me .
