My son (he is 17) was contacted by the local police department and advised that a car had been vandalized. The police have requested that we come to the police station to give a written statement. Should we do this without an attorney present?

Molestation! Attorney?

Should we secure an Attorney for our child’s molestation case, or let the prosecutor do his job? The accused has already hired one, so the local authorities say that their hands are tied. We’re afraid that the prosecutor is going to drag his feet.

Theft then Drug Charges

I recieved a Class B misdemeanor for Theft at the local Mall then once I got to the jail my friends medicine were in my bag which were considered a
Class A misdemeanor of Controlled Substance.
I’m a 18 year-old currently in college, what will my punishments be? Will I be able to get these cleared off my record? I also have a clean record.
