My son (he is 17) was contacted by the local police department and advised that a car had been vandalized. The police have requested that we come to the police station to give a written statement

Theft then Drug Charges
Texas I recieved a Class B misdemeanor for Theft at the local Mall then once I got to the jail my friends medicine were in my bag which were considered a Class A misdemeanor of Controlled Substance. I'm a 18 year-old currently in college, what will my punishments be? Will I be able to get these cleared off my record
