17 yrs old & NO RIGHTS
A young girl who has a very abusive father(psychologically,emotionally & verbally)she is 17 yrs old. She refuses to go to Family services because the last time they did(she has a sister)it just made it worse. Can she move out with out his consent?If she did can she file a restraining order against him?She is getting desperate

Salary Exempt Violation?
I am a salaried General Manager in food service. For the last 9 months we have cut hourly staff by 30%. Subsequently, I spend 5.5-6 hours of a 10 hour day in hourly positions (cash, server).

When does a derogatory account come off my report
I checked my cr and it shows a derogatory account. The date of the last activity is 5/2004 but the date reported is 6/2006 I know the derog will stay on my cr for 7 yrs but what date will they go by?? The date of last activity or the date reported

After much review, I found that Equifax does not have my current automobile loan listed, at all. TransUnion, however does. My score at TransUnion is 8 points higher, the last time I paid to check it

Closing RECENTLY opened store cards …
I've got a whole bunch of store cards 3 of which I opened within the last 4 months. I'm thinking about closing each of these 3 accounts to bring up my average credit length. Can anyone think of a reason NOT to do this ?

Equifax vs. Trans Union Score
My Equifax score is 594 my Trans Union score is 695, why is there such a vast difference? Both reports have the same information and the same delinquencies I've paid off and about 2K left in the last three payments I need to pay off

What do you do with last month’s rent when someone breaks the lease?
If someone has a 12 month's lease and breaks it (i.e. moves out a couple of months before it is up, in May instead of August). Do you apply the last month's rent they gave to you (the landlord) initially to the last month they are in the house
