need advice quick
I have joint custody, and when we divorced we were living in same county. Ex then moved to Macoupin county, and has recently started asking me for gas. I just told him I couldn't pay him 20 for gas this Friday and now he is saying I am not getting the kids since I have no way to go get them, and he is refusing to bring them

Ex-Wife taking Kids out of state for religious Holy Day
My ex-wife and I have joint custody of our children and she has primary residential status. She notified me that she was taking the kids from 9/20 to 10/1 to Georgia for the Feast of Tabernacles. She told me if it coincided with any of my visitation days they would make it up to me when they got back.

Making up denied visitation
If a custodial parent denies a weekend visitation, can the other parent just keep the kids the extra days the next time the kids come to visit? For instance, if mom makes the kids miss 2 days with dad by withholding a court-ordered visitation would the dad be able to just tack on 2 extra days to his next weekend to make up for the time?
