If a state fails to extradite, is that grounds for a speedy trial violation?
I recently flew to OR from TN and turned myself in on a 20 year old warrant for UUMV. after being OR'ed by the judge and receiving a public defender, my attorney has stated that because I was in jail or incarcerated after the warrant was issued and the state failed to extradite me on several occasions, they are in violation of my 6th amendment civil rights.. can anyone explain this

Custody case – adoption
We have temporary managing conservatorship over our granddaughter and the judge says she will live with us til she is 18.The mothers rights are terminated and we have been trying to terminate the father since 2003. in Nov 07 the judge set requirements for visitation that the father has not followed. small claims cause
The names listed on the small claims cause served to me do not have my legal name printed on them. My name is misspelled. Would this be a cause for the judge to reject the lawsuit as invalid, becaue my legal name is not listed?
