Must employer defend when sues employee?
When employer sues former employee, alleging damages from negligent conduct performed during prior course and scope of the employee's duties for the prior employer, must the former employer also defend/advance legal fees funding for the employee's defense of the former employer's suit against him/her?:confused:

Employer overpaid profit sharing
the compensation consultant issued certificates at year end 2009 with my vested account balance of my profit sharing. In May I terminated and rolled over into an ROTH IRA, and paid the taxes
