Can a FINRA U-5 be changed after a termination so that the language as to the nature of the termination is not on the form? I feel strongly that "Termination for Poor Performance" does not reflect accurately why I was let go, and now I was denied a job with another company because of it

Power of Attorney for person in NY with agents in NY and FL
My mother (live in NY) wants to have a power of attorney in place with her daughters as agents (one living in NY and the other in FL). I have the "DURABLE GENERAL POWER OF ATTORNEY - NEW YORK STATUTORY SHORT FORM".
