Reduced Criminal Charge…what does this forfeit me legally?
I was arrested for a criminal damage to property and this charge was reduced to a non-criminal ordinance violation.

Service of Notice
I am a landlord. My agreement says "Service of notice on landlords - A written notice from tenant to landlord is deemed served on the day it is both mailed by first class mail to landlord and also attached securely to the following location ______". Can I ask the tenant to attach notice to a premises but mail the notice to my PO box address

What is the best move in this case?
I just request and got up-dated FACO score from Chase Identity Protection. I noticed something wrong with my open acct number. Somehow, it changed from 11 to 4 and the score went down 16 pts on all three scores. I have not changed how I use my ccs, so it supposed to be 8 open acct. What I noticed is those 4 open accts has balance on the statement, and other 4 accts has zero balance because I PIF before its closing date. And those 4 accts without balance .... its acct status is " paid " instead " open ". .......

Question on Debt Collection Cease & Desist Letter
Yesterday I got a collection letter for a 10 year old debt that expired on statute of limitations 4 years ago. I copied one of the many Cease & Desist letters available on the internet and inserted the following two sentences: "The Statute of Limitations has long since expired in both California and Colorado on this alleged debt you claim I owe. Furthermore, I am disabled and on Social Security which is my sole income and is federally protected so it is a complete waste of time to even discuss this alleged debt." My question is should I delete the 2nd sentence regarding Social Security as providing too much info or simply not being necessary? I'm in enough stress and just want them to GO AWAY!!! Thanks
