How will this effect me?
In 2009 I received a store card for Becker Furniture World and purchased furniture for $2600.00 at 0% interest for two years.

Can I opt out of Car dealership contract
My wife purchased a new car on 6/19, the finance manager who completed the paper work stated the vehicle came with a 10 year 100,000 mile warranty, however never discussed the cost for the warranty. The person also "added" GAP coverage and life insurance on the loan, saying they can get a lower rate with the life insurance.

A ‘what if’ situation related to Classic Auto scores…
Given multiple auto manufacturers are offering some very attractive interest rates, buyer incentives and other perks, I am advising my little sister with buying a new vehicle and navigating the financing maze. Specifically, she has zeroed in on a Honda. During our discussions with the finance manager at the Honda dealership, we learned that Honda Financial Services uses Classic Auto scores to qualify buyers for their loan rates. I understand that Classic Auto scoring utilizes pay history from previous auto loans to formulate the Classic Auto scores. However, in my sister's case, the last auto she financed was 10 years ago. The tradelines no longer appear on her credit reports. Given these tradelines do not exist, how might this impact her Classic Auto scores? Thank you.

Disney Vacation Club owners
Disclaimer: I don't want to get into the merits of the DVC. I know it is not for most. But for families like mine (serious Disney vacationers) its a money saving deal. Here is my question... We are thinking of financing this purchase when our credit rises up, and have been doing some digging to find out about the approvals. I have seen from a few responders on Disney forums that the financing does not show up on the credit. Does anyone here have a financed DVC ownership, and is it showing up on your credit? Also, Disney says they are the ones who do the financing, but is there a backing bank associated with it? What reports were pulled, if you remember, and what were you scores or general credit outlook when you applied and were approved? Thanks!!
