Payment not made by ex per decree
Per divorce decree, ex owes funds as of a month ago that were based on splitting home equity of 10 years ago (at the time of the divorce). Ex states that she does not have the money and will pay me 'when housing market improves.' How do I pursue w/o it costing me legal fees

Divorcing and I do not own the property that I put a Manufactured home on California
About 8 years ago, my husband and I had a verbal agreement with his mother and father that they would will us a piece of property. We purchased and placed a manufactured home on said property and made multiple improvements to the land. My husband and I are currently going through a divorce.

Help – Insurance Card for child when parent has residental custody
I have joint custody with my ex however I have physical/residental custody of my son. My ex holdsmy sons insurance as was written in the divorce papers. My question is by law does my ex have to provide me with my sons insurance card or at least a copy of it?

The respondednt is in prison need help with CA divorce
Hi well i filed for divorce in Jan 2010 and kept up as much as i could, then on a routine visit in August 2010 he assulted me amongst many many other things, nows he been setenced to prison for 18 years, he responded to the divorce I cant figure out how to request that the court allow me to proceed without him. I have asked any where and everyone I can but no luck

How to contiune with a divorce?
My husband and I filed for divorce 12 months ago. We then decided to try and fix things. But now we are wanting to continue with the divorce and we were told to file a status report with the court indicating the reason for inactivity.
