Motion to Set Aside Default Judgment
I am in Southern California I have already filed the motion to set aside default judgment/stay against my landlord and will be attending the hearing real soon.

Collection of Money
I have been awarded a judgment from small claims court. I have made a request for a sheriff to collect the judgment from the defendant, but I have received the papers that I have originally sent, and it states, "Need address in New York City." I do not know the defendants address because they are constantly moving to avoid legal issues
