We have just found out that my husband's baby mother was arrested and charged with a felony. We don't know what she was charged with but we have her booking number and as that is private information we can't retrieve. We know that the kids are sleeping on the mattress on the floor in one bedroom as all three of the kids share with their mother.

I am getting in the ARD program for a DUI. I understood that ARD was basically stating that I admit to the charges and assume they have enough evidence to convict. I blew a .168 at the scene of the stop, and my BAC was .215 at the hospital

What would charge be for falsifying court documents
2 drug charges within a year - self probabtion - substance abuse evaluation for each charge. The judge missed that the drug evaluation was not dated by the evaluator.

i was convicted of burg.3 and recieving stolen prorerty over $100 back in 1992 i had a partial pardon ,the right to vote in1997, i filed for a governors pardon feb.2009 because the charges are still on my record and i cant get a job.

OVI Law
My son was arrested for OVI while sleeping in the passenger seat of a running vehicle. He was intoxicated however he was waiting for his friend to come and get him and started the car to get warm.
