Hi, What is the difference between a Bill of Particulars and Defendants First Notice to Produce. I was told to 1st submit the bill of particulars then discovery.

the county sent me a bill on 12-10 for medical services. the bill is from 14-16-02. at the time I was informed that if I paid $200 the blance would be excused.

remodel bill
i did work on a house with no written contract, we live in the house, it is a family house, now they want to sell the house and were not done paying the bills for the remodel, can i put the rest of the bill for the remodel on the owners?

Very Basic HIPAA question
Just want to make sure that I am understanding the HIPAA correctly...if you have already had the bill go to collections, and you paid the bill through the CA, then this process will not work, correct? And if this is the case, once it is a paid collection on your report, then there is really nothing you can do other than the normal dispute methods?
