Hard Pull FICO MUCH lower than Soft Pull FICO
Hi, I pulled my 3 agent credit report this morning. My Scores were all in the mid to high 600's. I immediately went down to the bank to apply for a car loan. Somehow the bank got a 565 from Experian, despite the fact that the report I had in hand showed 660! The bank loan agent explained that my inquiry in the morning was a Soft Pull and that the bank's inquiry was a Hard Pull and that these can sometimes be very different. I said "Then are all those internet credit reports worthless (if they don't provide me the same number that the bank is getting?) She said, Yeah, they are worthless, except as a tool for mentioning credit fraud. Can anyone explain why my Hard and Soft pulls are so different?

What rights do I have as an owner after the sheriff sale?
My house was put up for sale and sold on 9/10/10. I was working with the bank prior to the sale date to work out a solution but the judge refused to grant another extension and my house sold. I was told by the bank that they would continue to work with me after the sale as long as the bank retained the property

Co-signed for a student loan for my son
I co-signed for a student loan for my son, and I know for a fact that he is not making payments but I have no idea how far behind he is--won't tell me. Wouldn't the bank contact me before it ended up on my credit report?

Bank Paid Payment with no Overdraft :Protection – What Do I Do Now?
Our six year old went on Facebook and came to us saying "I bought some coins for Petsville (a Facebook game)! I just chuckled to myself because I just KNEW she didn't know how to buy anything. Later on that everning (last Thursday) I went to check my Paypal account and I got one of the shocks of my life. She DID buy coins for that game and it totaled SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS! I immediately wrote to Facebook and asked them to cancel this purchase. I couldnn't believe it. I still can't figure out how she did this. So, I had no money in my Paypal account so Paypal went to try to take the money out of my bank account. I only had about 20.00 in my bank account, and I had NO overdraft protection. Despite that, the bank PAID the money to Paypal who forwarded it toFacebook. I had called the bank the day before to make SURE I had no overdraft protection and they confirmed that I didn't. Why did they pay it? They told me that since I'm such a good customer they covered the amount. Now my bank account is 619 overdrawn. Yes, they also had the nerve to change me thirty five dollars for this

Received a Cancellation of Debt notice from the bank, claimed the debt as earned income on taxes. What is the next step in getting the title or bill of sale? Still receiving repo calls

Signed enitity on a mortgage.
On a mortgage note that we took the signed entity, an LLC, is different than the Mortgagor named on the top, which is another LLC.

Bank Levy in New Jersey (Update)
The offices of rubin & rothman placed the bank levy on my account. I called the county officer who told me they had sent it to an address I moved out of 8 years ago, also I checked my credit report and the car repossession from 1999 does not appear anymore. Is this even legal?
