I worked at a company where a worker was injured as the result of inadequate equipment. Management knew about the hazard prior to the injury but had not resolved it

i was fired in Sept of 2010 from a municipality. I worked there for a little over 3 years. The last t wo years I was the Dept Head over horticulture, with one full time employee thast I supervised.

Seeing auto adjuster tomorrow any advice?
As stated, had a 5mph fender bender in parking lot. Senior citizen 73 yrs old says that I made a wide right turn in parking lot - not really. I was making a turn in the parking spot that she wanted too! Her passenger lower door and my Side Drivers Side Bumper cover was scraped.

If an immigrant gets into a car accident and the car accident was not his fault, Can he get someone to defend him in court? An immigrant acquaintance was struck by a drunk driver. He was not at fault to the accident but since he did not have a state license they charged all the blame to him
